Recruited are partnering with a high growth, AI powered SaaS company that’s transforming how multi location businesses operate. Their platform helps organisations boost profitability, streamline operations, and make smarter decisions through intelligent automation.
Fresh off a major Series B, they’re scaling rapidly across the UK, Ireland, and are now expanding into the US.
They’ve tripled revenue this year, are onboarding some of the biggest restaurant groups in the market, and are doubling the size of engineering as they build out a suite of powerful AI assistants.
What You’ll Do ⚙️
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of their Insights team, the intelligence layer that powers the entire platform.
This isn’t a traditional PM role. You’ll be shaping, prototyping, and shipping the core AI assistants that turn raw data into real world actions for customers.
You’ll work closely with the founder, engineering leadership, and a highly talented team to bring a next generation operational system to life.
You’ll:
- Build core AI assistants, including the high impact analysis to action engine that ties the whole product experience together
- Rapidly prototype, experiment, and ship meaningful assistants into production
- Act as the intelligence conductor across the platform, aligning data, behaviours, and UX into one coherent system
- Define and build (or buy) the internal AI platform — observability, memory, evals, frontend patterns, primitives
- Create the frameworks and guardrails that enable other teams to build their own assistants
- Drive the transformation of complex operational data into forecasting, pricing, labour optimisation, food cost insights and more

You thrive in ambiguity, love working fast, and enjoy shaping intelligent systems from the ground up. You bring a blend of technical curiosity, sharp product instincts, and strong design sensibility.
You’ll succeed here if you are:
- A self starter with high ownership and a bias for action
- Technical enough to prototype, understand model behaviour, and debug unusual AI outputs
- Strong in product thinking with an eye for elegant UX
- Comfortable working closely with founders, engineers, and data scientists
- Low ego, collaborative, and energised by fast iteration
- Excited to craft AI behaviours end to end, not just shipping features, but shaping intelligence
Experience shipping AI powered features is a plus, but mindset matters more than pedigree.
