They have grown to over 130 people across 40 plus countries and are now entering a major new chapter as they evolve from a single product into a true multi product suite. Bootstrapped, customer funded, and loved by users worldwide, they are strengthening their product-led growth motion and scaling from 20M to 50M ARR.
To support this next phase, they are hiring a Product Director to lead and elevate the entire product organisation.
What You’ll Do 🖥️
As Product Director, you will lead a high performing team of 7 PMs and 9 designers while working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and senior leadership. You will set direction, define strategy, and guide the transition toward a cohesive multi product suite.
This role blends vision with hands on execution. You will:
- Define and execute the product strategy that drives ARR growth and market expansion
- Lead the evolution from a single product to a multi product SaaS suite
- Build scalable product practices across discovery, delivery, and PLG optimisation
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go To Market teams to align execution and outcomes
- Coach and mentor PMs, helping them grow into stronger strategic operators
- Bring clarity to roadmaps and product decisions while championing customer experience
- Work closely with the CEO and exec team to shape direction and secure buy in across the organisation
About You 🧠
You are an experienced product leader with a strong record in scaling B2B SaaS and driving product-led growth. You can operate at both strategic and tactical levels and know how to build and lead high performing teams.
You bring:
- 8 to 10 plus years in product with senior leadership experience
- Proven success in B2B SaaS and product-led environments
- Experience scaling ARR from 20M to 50M and beyond
- Depth in multi product strategy and cross product alignment
- Strong people leadership with a history of developing PMs
- Excellent communication skills and a balanced, thoughtful leadership style
- Comfort leading remote teams with trust, autonomy, and clarity
